Prayer Request Notice (Please Read Before Submitting)

Thank you for trusting us with your prayer request. The ALN Prayer Ministry exists to mobilize prayer—this is a prayer ministry, not a counseling or crisis response service.

By submitting this form, you understand and agree that:
  • Prayer Only: Our team will pray for your request. We are not able to provide counseling, medical, legal, or professional advice through this channel.
  • Not Emergency Services: If you are in immediate danger or need urgent help, please contact local emergency services right away. If you are in the United States, you may call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).
  • Privacy & Sharing: Your request will be received by our Prayer Coordinator and may be summarized and shared with a selected internal prayer team for the purpose of prayer. When appropriate, we may share a more general version with a wider prayer community.
  • Sensitive Information: Please do not include highly sensitive personal details unless necessary for prayer (for example: full medical records, account numbers, passwords, or detailed identifying information about minors).
  • Updates: We may follow up by email to ask if you have an update we can celebrate or continue praying for.
