BUGESERA, RWANDA

In Bugesera, we are proving that the local church can be a refuge of support and sustainability in a community desperately in need.

In a community devistated by genocide, ALN has brought free schooling, feeding and life-skills programs, and a community center - all grounded in the local church.

MEXICO

Working in remote villages, ALN missionaries have established child feeding programs to assist incredibly poor areas. ALN is currently feeding about 400 kids and is also working on other activities like college scholarships that improve the lives of the children and families in the villages.

UKRAINE

We founded 28 beautiful homes for abandoned children. These homes have served more than 2,000 children - many of whom now have families of their own.

Inspiring others to be who they are in Christ - to see themselves as Christ sees us - is a specific area of passion for ALN. 

In the church today, many professing believers struggle to understand the power of the Holy Spirit working in their lives. The Spirit does not have to be scary, and it doesn't have to be weird. Jesus, as he about to ascend in to heaven, told his followers that he was leaving behind his Spirit. Because of that Spirit, He said they would do greater things than He had done while on earth. He healed the lame, caused the blind to see, and brought the dead to life. Yet we are called to a life see deeply impassioned and in love with Christ that His Spirit can work through us and we will see the mighty works of God firsthand in our lives.

We want to the church to be passionate, committed, and engaged. We are called to a mighty task of winning the lost, healing the blind, and standing boldly for truth.
